• Assists in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans, both      short and long range, for the pursuit and successful capture of key opportunities and collection of opportunities.  
• Applies disciplined methods to capture current understanding of critical      customers’ program goals, assessment of competitive market, and translation of winning strategy to development of proposed offering. 
• Develops and assists in execution of customer contact plans related to the capture pursuit. 
• Sets, communicates, and gains approval for bid teaming strategy and facilitates      negotiation and documentation of teaming agreements. 
• Contribute as a strategic thought leader, discussion- and decision-driver through the      capture process developing and presenting capture plan activities and results to internal executive leadership team.  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in federal contracting.
• Proven expertise in proposal writing and management with a track record of      winning competitive contracts.
• In-depth knowledge of government acquisition processes and regulations, including FAR/DFARS.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and      mentoring staff.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with government clients, contractors,      and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft      compelling narratives.
• Proficiency with business development tools such as GovWin, SAM.gov, and other market research platforms.
• Bachelor’s  degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Organizing a complete proposal schedule for the initial submission, oral presentations, questions and answers discussions, amendments or changes, modifications
• Developing compliance matrices to ensure both compliance and responsiveness to the customer's issues/needs
• Developing schedules, and outlines for proposals; identifying specific tasks to be      performed and areas of responsibility.
• Collaborating with Senior Team Members to develop proposal strategy

 Business Technology Integrators, headquartered in Suburban Washington, DC,  is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our Corporate Team.

The primary focus of this position will be supporting new business pursuits and contract growth by providing innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

The Solutions Architect will be called upon to help current and future customers solve their more demanding challenges via technology, modernization, and transformation processes, utilizing proven methods and solutions. 

You will become an integral member of the BTI Business Development Team and assist in the research and development of innovative and differentiated BTI solutions to be delivered on programs, in proposals, and various other projects. In addition to developing solutions, you will help prospective customers and partners understand the value and benefits of the BTI solution, explain technical features and transformation strategies, engage in proof of concepts, and troubleshoot potential problems.

Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

• Identify technology and solution roadmaps to improve mission enterprise capabilities resulting in increased contract growth and improved customer satisfaction
• Establish BTI best practices, lessons learned, and technological approaches related to digital modernization and transformation technologies, including software      development/architecture, Cloud migration, Automation, knowledge modeling,      Data Driven Operations, End user experience improvement, and.
• Partner with the BTI Executive Management Team to support new business strategies, including the development of technical solutions, basis of estimates, white papers, industry relationships, and responses to RFIs and RFPs

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years’ experience with BS/BA. Experience in lieu of degree considered.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively independently and in team settings to include close collaboration with technical subject matter experts, program managers, proposal managers, and business development teams to determine and solution to customer requirements in complex and often ambiguous environments.
• 3+ years of experience in developing successful technical solutions for large, complex opportunities / proposal submissions for Federal customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Business Technology Integrators, headquartered in Suburban Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to provide expert-level technical leadership and engineering support for designing, implementing, and managing secure, large-scale networks. 

This role involves analyzing network requirements, integrating secure solutions, performing system assessments, and ensuring adherence to U.S. Government security policies and best practices. The individual will develop and manage network infrastructure strategies, lead security architecture implementations, and support remote access and zero trust network capabilities.
This position will be  supporting Dept. of Interior in Wash. DC, Reston VA or Denver Colorado

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Strategic Planning

• Serve as a technical expert and leader for Enterprise Engineering and Network Support Services.
• Define strategy and architecture to guide enterprise cloud system and application deployments.
• Identify and develop lifecycle processes, creating a unified approach to network engineering and enterprise network systems management.
• Recommend and develop cutting-edge solutions for network security and telecommunication needs, including cloud integration, telephony, and special-category telecommunications.

Network Security Design and Implementation

• Create Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) for remote access systems and ensure alignment with federal standards like HSPD-12.
• Manage configurations, testing, and certification of network security systems.

Cloud and Zero Trust Integration

• Lead the integration of cloud networking technologies, ensuring compliance with zero trust principles and NIST guidelines.

System Analysis and Assessment

Training and Support

• Provide Tier 2 support for troubleshooting connectivity and usability issues.

Experience & Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Advanced knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet routing protocols, including OSPF and BGP.
• Expertise in VPN technologies, including Cisco IPsec and Juniper VPN configurations.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles, including access controls, TACACS, and authentication systems.
• Proficiency in network infrastructure tools such as Juniper Firewalls and HP-Aruba Secure Wireless Networks.
• Comprehensive understanding of IPv4, IPv6, and cloud networking integration.

Remote Access and Security Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with remote access solutions, including satellite and modem connectivity.
• Knowledge of Active Directory for VPN user authentication.

In this role you are responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements. You will perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. You will schedule installations and upgrades and maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Monitors and tunes the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Our position requires extensive international travel to various US embassies and consulates around the world providing Wi-Fi Survey and Wi-Fi Installation services, including:

• Overseeing, monitoring, and responding to complex hardware, software, and network problems using a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques. 
• Providing a primary interface with contractor’s technical support groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure appropriate notification during outages or periods of degraded system performance. 
• Providing LAN server support. Requires extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware and software in multi-protocol environment and network management software. 
• May function as task lead providing guidance and training for less experienced technicians.
• Active Security Clearance is required.
• RCCD and/or BICSI Certifications preferred, but not required.

• Overseeing and installing telephone, coaxial, and fiber optic cables, including vertical and horizontal cable pairs to the desktop. 
• Locating and diagnosing signal transmission defects using various test equipment and visual inspection. 
• Using tools and related test equipment, ground power equipment, and pressure equipment. 
• Prepares necessary reports. Communicates directly with technical and management personnel.
