Business Technology Integrators (BTI) headquartered in Upper Marlboro MD is seeking an experienced SCCM / Intune Engineer to join our team in Washington DC. As an expert in endpoint management, you will play a critical role in modernizing our organization’s endpoint environment. Your responsibilities will include customizing images, developing ground-up policies, and developing a modern application management approach. Responsibilities
1. Technical Debt - Lead the mitigation of technical debt related to workstations in the areas of policies, endpoint management, application management, image, patching, and vulnerabilities.
2. Customization and Policy Development - Create/review GPO/Intune policies from scratch. - Design and implement Intune policies to enhance security and streamline application management. - Redefine application packaging and deployment processes. - Set up policies within Intune to manage the existing numerous applications effectively. - Explore conditional access options based on Intune policies.
3. Migration and Consolidation - Integrate Intune alongside existing SCCM infrastructure (not a complete migration). - Rebuild Group Policies from the ground up, addressing legacy policies. - Streamline the application landscape by consolidating and packaging applications. - Currently, 98% of applications are uncontrolled; your role is to change that.
4. End User Support - Manage approximately 3,000 endpoints - No mobile device management required.
Qualifications
Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.

- Proven experience with SCCM and Intune.
- Ability to work independently and lead complex projects.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and modern endpoint management practices.

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is searching for a Senior Network Technician in support of our recently awarded contract in support of the Department of State.
Our position requires extensive international travel to various US embassies and consulates around the world providing Wi-Fi Survey and Wi-Fi Installation services, including:
1. Overseeing, monitoring, and responding to complex hardware, software, and network problems using a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques.
2. Providing primary interface with contractor’s technical support groups or provides internal analysis and support to ensure appropriate notification during outages or periods of degraded system performance.
3. Providing LAN server support. Requires extensive knowledge of PC/LAN communications hardware and software in multi-protocol environment and network management software.
4. May function as task lead providing guidance and training for less experienced technicians.
Active Security Clearance required.
RCCD and/or BICSI Certifications preferred, but not required.

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is searching for multiple Cable Installers/Technicians in support of our recently awarded contract in support of the Department of State.
Our position requires extensive international travel to various US embassies and consulates around the world providing Wi-Fi Survey and Wi-Fi Installation services, including:
1. Overseeing and installing telephone, coaxial, and fiber optic cables, including vertical and horizontal cable pairs to the desktop.
2. Locating and diagnosing signal transmission defects using various test equipment and visual inspection.
3. Using tools and related test equipment, ground power equipment, and pressure equipment.
4. Prepares necessary reports. Communicates directly with technical and management personnel.
Min Education: High school
Min Experience: 6
RCCD and/or BICSI Certifications preferred, but not required.
Active Security Clearance required.
The effort will focus on a wide range of IT services through migration to the Intelligence Community (IC) information sharing, secure cloud-based operational environment, the Intelligence Community’s Information Technology Enterprise (ICITE) along with an array of technical expertise and analytical support which allows DOE and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC) to detect, protect, mitigate, and counter hostile threats directed against DOE networks and critical national assets.
